This position is ideal for someone with residential construction or maintenance experience who understands houses, can identify problems, and can handle minor repairs independently. This is a full-time, long-term position with consistent work. Responsibilities Visit multiple residential properties throughout the day Inspect renovation progress and completed work Take detailed photos/videos and provide updates Identify incomplete work, defects, and needed repairs Create and document punch lists Take measurements as needed Complete minor repairs and basic handyman tasks Install locks, hardware, filters, lockboxes, and similar items Requirements Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and driving throughout the day Able to complete minor repairs independently Has reliable transportation
