Join our team and build a rewarding career with an industry leader! Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will work hands-on performing the installation, tear-off, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems. You will play a vital role on our field crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship, strict adherence to safety standards, and timely project execution. Responsibilities Install, remove, and repair commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and HRA systems. Execute daily roofing tasks according to manufacturer specifications and job site safety protocols. Inspect roof decks, complete tear-offs, and lay insulation, underlayment, and roofing membranes. Flash details, operate hot asphalt equipment/heat welders, and seal joints cleanly and efficiently. Maintain tools, machinery, and job site materials in an organized and safe manner. Collaborate effectively with crew foremen and teammates to complete projects on schedule. Requirements 2-4+ years of experience in commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, or Modified Bitumen). Proficient with commercial roofing hand tools, heat-welding equipment, and power tools. Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, bend, kneel, and perform heavy physical labor. Comfortable working at significant heights and in varied outdoor weather conditions. Reliable transportation to job sites or the main shop; valid driver's license preferred. Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
