Lead Commercial Roofing Service Technician Qualifications:

2 + Years of Commercial Roofing Exp OR 2 + Years of Construction, Service, or Leadership/Crew Lead experience required Leadership / Supervisor experience preferred Experience with Commercial Roofing , Troubleshooting/Repairs, Leak Detection/Inspections preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Lead Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities:

This role involves leading commercial roofing service and repair work throughout the Eastern Shore and Salisbury, MD area Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing roof leaks, troubleshooting roofing system issues, completing service calls, performing inspections, documenting repairs digitally, leading service work, communicating with customers and project teams, and driving to job sites Work may involve EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod Bit, BUR, metal, and shingle roofing systems, leak detection, roof inspections, preventative maintenance, and general commercial roofing service projects for commercial and institutional facilities Managing daily logs and records Demonstrate effective use of manpower, roofing materials and assignment of crew members Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
