The Role Assist the Crew Leader on residential remodeling projects Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Follow direction and complete tasks efficiently Respect client homes and property at all times Return tools and materials to proper locations daily What Success Looks Like Shows up on time and prepared Works hard and stays productive Communicates clearly with team members Protects company tools and equipment Takes pride in the finished product Addresses problems early and respectfully What We're Looking For Experience in construction or remodeling preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions The Waterfront Standard At Waterfront, planning beats reacting.
