Core Responsibilities:

• Master Finish Carpentry & Remodeling (Crucial): Flawless hands-on execution of cabinetry, intricate trim, millwork, tile layouts, and framing across Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, and Decks.

Drive Speed & Efficiency:

Aggressively manage job site timelines and trade partners to hit deadlines with zero drop in craftsmanship.

•

Problem Solve & Lead:

Address structural challenges in diverse Michigan homes and act as the professional face of our company with clients.

Qualifications:

• 15+

Years Experience:

Proven track record in high-end residential remodeling and carpentry.

•

Total Trade Mastery:

Advanced knowledge of finish carpentry, all finished trades, and residential layouts

•

Production Drive:

Proven ability to work fast, clean, and organized.

•

Clean Driving Record:

Required for the company vehicle.
