Duties Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, metal, and composite panels according to project specifications and blueprints Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate installation aligned with design requirements Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently to complete siding projects on time and within scope Adhere strictly to construction safety regulations by utilizing safety harnesses, ladders, scaffolding, and other protective gear during outdoor work Perform related tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, framing with metal studs or wood, masonry work, tile laying, and roofing repairs when needed Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while following proper ergonomic techniques to prevent injury Maintain a clean and organized work site by following safety protocols and ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation or exterior renovation projects Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans Knowledge of roofing systems including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing is a plus Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and safety harnesses effectively Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocol standards Experience with construction estimating or reading technical specifications is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous experience in remodeling, restoration, framing carpentry (including metal stud framing), or handyman work is desirable Join us in delivering exceptional exterior solutions!
