We are looking for someone who Has 3-5 years of on-job experience in a verifiable paint role. Can function in a high stress environment that can change daily. Has excellent time management, delegation, and multi-tasking skills. Is self-motivated and can work independently and as a team. Key responsibilities and duties Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of paint and job site safety. Skilled in all aspects of site prep, painting, spraying finishes and touchup work. Work on jobsites daily and always maintain a clean and safe work environment. Drive company vehicle to jobsites- follow all traffic laws. Communicate technical knowledge and expectations in a professional/effective manner to homeowners who may be unfamiliar with painter terminology and process.

Requirements:

Ability to perform a physically active job, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and lifting/moving 50+ pounds. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check for work on insurance-related claims. Basic smartphone, email, and technology skills.
