Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on commercial buildings, ensuring durability, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems including single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, and other commercial roofing materials Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete roofing tasks with precision Conduct roofing repairs such as replacing damaged sections, caulking leaks, and applying sealants to ensure waterproofing integrity Perform siding installation, trim carpentry, masonry work, and tile laying as needed for restoration or remodeling projects Adhere strictly to construction safety protocols including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladder use procedures, and heavy lifting techniques Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and ensure all work aligns with project plans and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized worksite while following all construction workplace safety regulations Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing installation and repair in commercial settings Knowledge of roofing materials such as single-ply membranes, metal roofing, and tile systems Familiarity with construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, safety harnesses, and heavy lifting equipment Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations including OSHA standards for fall protection and ladder use Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions on construction sites Additional skills in siding installation, framing carpentry (including metal stud framing), masonry, remodeling, or handyman work are highly desirable Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional commercial roofing solutions!
