Job Overview Holland Ready Roofing, West Michigan's oldest and most trusted flat roofing specialists are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be comfortable working in various environments. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on construction sites. Minimum of 2 years as a laborer or installer of commercial flat roofing applications is required. Pay bases on skill level of the candidate. Responsibilities Assist in various construction tasks including laying insulation and membrane Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Conduct lifting and moving of materials on-site Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance Work with other team members to ensure a weather tight roof system Qualifications 2 year of flat roofing labor or installation required Previous construction site experience is preferred Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment If you are passionate about working outdoors and perfecting a skill in the commercial flat roofing industry and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for the Laborer position and join our team.
