Duties Install and repair roofs using a variety of materials including shingles and metal. Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites. Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Requirements Valid Michigan State Driver's License and/or reliable transportation to job sites. Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as required by project demands. Proficient use of hand tools essential for roofing labor. Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
