Job Description

Springfield has immediate job openings for Commercial Roofers. If you are looking for a job that blends adrenaline, teamwork, and the great outdoors, your search ends here. We are searching for individuals who are go-getters, do-gooders, and most importantly, show up each day ready to work. What does a Commercial Roofer do at Springfield? You will become a master of flat and low-sloped commercial roofs - we steer clear of super steep slopes and shingles! Ever heard of hot air welding? It's cool, not literally though. Get ready to take the wheel and drive trucks, maneuver trailers, and operate a wide array of machinery that makes our roofing magic happen. Expect to lift, carry, and move materials weighing over 50 pounds. But it is not all about upper body strength, you'll be bending and kneeling out in weather - cold and warm.
What We Offer:
Competitive, skill-based wages Comprehensive health insurance (employer-paid premium) Simple IRA retirement plan (with employer contribution) Employer-paid life insurance Paid vacation and holidays Boot allowance and cold weather gear discounts Company-provided job site transportation Professional training in CPR, First Ad, and ongoing education Apprenticeship program Core Values Focus on what is right, not who is right, and the money will follow.
