Join our dedicated team at Northland Foods, a leader in providing exceptional grocery experiences. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dairy and Frozen Department Manager who will also serve as a Shift Lead, playing a key role in daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operations for the Dairy and Frozen departments, including inventory management, merchandising, and product rotation. Train, supervise, and support department staff to achieve performance and customer service goals. Serve as shift lead, responsible for opening and closing the store, cash management, and ensuring all store procedures are followed. Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization within the departments. Work with store leadership to ensure sales targets and operational goals are met. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Previous retail management experience, preferably in grocery or a related environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting. Experience with inventory systems and merchandising best practices. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
