Installer Kasl Enterprises Rochester Hills, MI Job Details Full-time $20 - $23 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Paid time off Tools provided Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Kasl Enterprises is seeking a dependable and motivated Installer to join our team in Rochester Hills, MI. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the installation of trash and laundry chute systems, compactors, and related equipment in both new and existing buildings. The Installer will work from construction drawings and specifications to complete installations safely, accurately, and efficiently. Position Responsibilities Install trash and laundry chute systems, compactors, and related equipment in accordance with project plans and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and installation instructions Measure and prepare installation areas prior to assembly Assemble, position, and secure equipment and system components to building structures Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to support project timelines and site requirements Assist with troubleshooting, service calls, and basic repairs as needed Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and job site regulations Travel to regional job sites as required, with travel expected 50-75% of the time Qualifications Valid driver's license required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Experience using hand and power tools Ability to work effectively in active construction environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, team members, and other trades Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach to work Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry tools, materials, and equipment on a regular basis Ability to climb ladders and work at heights as needed Ability to perform physically demanding work in construction and installation settings
Pay:
