Maintenance Supervisor / Project Manager About the Role We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll diagnose and repair issues across a range of commercial roofing systems, helping maintain the integrity and longevity of our clients' buildings. You'll work closely with a supportive team to deliver high-quality work while upholding strong safety standards. Key Responsibilities Roof Repair & Maintenance Perform repairs on commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, metal roofing, and modified bitumen Identify and diagnose roof leaks and other issues Apply the most effective repair methods to resolve problems efficiently Inspection & Assessment Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess condition and determine repair needs Document findings and provide clear reports on roof status and required work Recommend preventive maintenance to extend roof lifespan Safety & Compliance Follow all safety regulations and company policies on every job Ensure work complies with local building codes and industry standards Use required safety equipment and personal protective gear Materials & Tools Select the right materials and tools for each repair Use materials efficiently to minimize waste and control costs Keep an organized inventory of roofing supplies and equipment Customer Interaction Explain repair needs to clients and keep them updated on progress Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally Team Collaboration Work effectively as part of a roofing team to complete jobs efficiently Support teammates as needed Participate in training to stay current on industry best practices Qualifications Experience Prior experience in commercial roofing repair and maintenance required Familiarity with a variety of roofing systems and repair techniques Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of roofing materials, tools, and methods Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards Skills Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with roofing tools and equipment Certifications Relevant certifications in roofing, safety (e.g., OSHA), and repair techniques are a plus Physical Requirements Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment Manual dexterity for precise repair work What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career advancement and professional development A safe and supportive work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to Ledic@silicoatroofing.com by 10/01/2026 .
