$23-30, based on experience and interview Job Description We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as commercial roofing laborers. In this role, you will assist with the installation of a variety of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing. This position is ideal for candidates who are hardworking, safety-focused, and interested in developing skills in the construction and roofing industry. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing) Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE Support roofing crew with tasks as directed by the foreman or superintendent Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials Assist with waterproofing, flashing, and sealing roof penetrations Qualifications Experience in roofing or general construction preferred, but not required Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ lbs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
