Description Commercial HVAC-R Installation & Service Technician Position Summary Are you ready for an exciting new challenge every day? At Schwickert's, we're looking for a Commercial HVAC-R Installation & Service Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, versatile environment and takes pride in delivering top-quality craftsmanship on shorter-duration projects. If you're motivated, a strong communicator, and skilled in commercial sheet metal installation, this is your chance to join a team that values excellence and innovation. Qualified candidates will be eligible for up to a $2,000 sign on bonus! What You'll Do Lead and execute commercial HVAC installations ranging from 1 day to 1 month (occasionally longer). Collaborate with a small, efficient crew (typically 2 people) or work independently depending on project scope. Utilize your sheet metal expertise to complete projects with precision and efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership to ensure project success. Handle a variety of projects that will challenge and expand your skills daily. What We're Looking For Highly motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving and innovation. Proficient in commercial sheet metal installation and familiar with HVAC systems. Strong communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Versatile and adaptable to ever-changing project demands. HVAC-R service experience is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license is required.
