Job Description

Currently hiring for commercial roofers and laborers for on-going projects. Pay is $20 - $38 per hour based on skill set and level of experience with roofing. If you have 1+ years experience as a construction laborers or roofer apply now!
Commercial Roofer and Laborer Responsibilities:
Install, repair and maintain low-slope and flat commercial roofing systems - including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and BUR (built-up roofing) Measure, cut, and install roofing materials according to project and manufacturer guidelines and specifications Perform roof tear-offs, insulation installation, flashing, edge metal, drains, and waterproofing Install and heat-weld TPO systems and mechanically fasten EPDM Identify and repair leaks and punctures as needed Read blueprint and project plans Assist skilled tradesman with various project tasks Use hand tools to help assemble, install and repair Clean up and demolition of materials and equipment Perform calculations to ensure accurate measurements and cuts
Commercial Roofer and Laborer Qualifications:
1+ years of commercial roofing or commercial construction experience Ability to lift heavy materials and comfortable working at heights in varying weather conditions Mechanical and mathematical aptitude Experience with hand and power tools Your own tools and
