This position requires above average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to completing tasks on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty and is disciplined. For our entry-level positions, knowledge of roofing systems and/or prior construction experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of Safety/OSHA guidelines. Ability to problem solve. Ability to get to and from job sites and/or the shop is required. Must be able to climb a ladder; position requires lifting of 50lbs or more. Must be reliable and enjoy working outdoors in a variety of climates and NOT have a fear of heights.

Transportation:

This position is located in our Waite Park office however, job site location will vary throughout the Twin Cities and state of Minnesota. This position may require some out of town work. All employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the job site and/or shop.
