In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters that protect buildings from water damage while enhancing their aesthetic appeal. Your expertise in construction materials, tools, and safety procedures will ensure efficient, precise, and durable installations. Duties Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine gutter layout and installation requirements Prepare work sites by cleaning, leveling, and setting up scaffolding or ladders safely for elevated work Install seamless gutters using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and building codes Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans to ensure accurate placement and alignment of gutters Seal joints, apply caulking, and perform finishing touches to ensure leak-proof installations with a professional appearance Operate heavy equipment as needed for site preparation or material transport Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify proper function, fit, and adherence to safety standards Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address questions or concerns about the installation process Experience Proven experience in gutter installation or related construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, or remodeling Familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam is a plus for reviewing plans and documentation Hands-on experience with construction estimating, inspection, and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of building material installation including trim carpentry, drywall finishing, caulking, and fixture or cabinet installation is advantageous Ability to take accurate dimensional measurements using tape measures and other measuring devices Prior experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety standards is essential Customer service skills to effectively communicate project timelines or address client questions during installations Join our team to build a career filled with growth opportunities!
