We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Roofing Field Supervisor to lead small, agile teams in identifying leaks and delivering high-quality remediation solutions for a variety of commercial roofing systems. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex leaks across diverse roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal. Conduct thorough roof inspections, generating detailed repair scopes and photographic documentation to ensure asset integrity. Direct and mentor a small service crew, fostering a culture of efficiency and technical excellence on every job site. Utilize digital mobile platforms to streamline service reporting, track project progress, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Proactively identify and recommend necessary maintenance or long-term repairs to building owners and facility managers. Maintain a high standard of safety compliance, strictly adhering to OSHA regulations and internal site protocols. Participate in emergency response and on-call rotations to provide critical support when our clients need it most. Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial roofing diagnostics and repair. Proven ability to independently locate and permanently fix complex roof leaks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and site hazard mitigation. Proficiency in using mobile technology for reporting and documentation. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a leadership or crew-mentoring capacity. Technical familiarity with Modified Bitumen and sheet metal applications. Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing daily site requirements.
