  Job Duties
• Assist experienced crew members with installing and repairing commercial roofing systems, flashings, and roof surfaces.
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare roofs for new installation (tear-off, sweeping, cleaning).
• Load and unload roofing materials and equipment.
• Lay insulation, glue, prime, roll walls and seams, and nail off roof edges.
• Install reinforced perimeter strips and follow fastening pattern layouts.
• Use and operate rooftop equipment, power tools, and other required tools.
• Perform induction welding for TPO or PVC roofing systems (or learn on the job).
• Maintain clean work areas, grounds, and equipment.
• Assist with daily project tasks as directed by the Foreman and crew leads.
• Communicate clearly with team members to complete daily goals.
• Work safely at heights and follow all company safety practices.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Occasionally work weekends if needed. Minimum Education Required High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not require Minimum Experience Required
• No prior roofing experience required
• entry-level position.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor in varying weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (physical, drug test, and background check).
• Must be hardworking, safety-minded, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
