The ROOF TECHNICIANis responsible forrepairing and maintenance ofvarious typesof roofing systems for both commercial and residential roofing.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

The technician must be able to assess damage, perform skilledrepairs, work atheights, and ensure that all work is performed to code andin accordance withmanufacturerspecifications.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.LABOR with crew to complete all aspects of jobs assigned by the company, including tear-off, repairs,installationand otherjobs asassigned. 2. ASSIST in setup and tear down ofsafety equipment as instructed. 3. SAFELY operatetools and equipment such as roofingnailers, ladders, harnesses, and scaffolding. 4.

MAINTAIN

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret work-related documents. Ability to work manual labor in all weather conditions. Ability to work at heights, climb, stoop, bend over, andlift upto 50 lbs.
