Our crews travel throughout the Midwest installing premium attic insulation systems and high-quality solar attic fans for homeowners. We stay busy year-round, provide all travel expenses, and offer strong earning potential for dependable team members who take pride in doing the job right. What We Offer ✅ $1,000 Weekly Guarantee for Lead Installers ✅ Most Lead Installers Earn $2,000+ Per Week ✅ All Travel Expenses Paid (Hotels, Gas, Travel Costs) ✅ Consistent Work Schedule & Year-Round Opportunities ✅ Professional Equipment and Support ✅ Growth Opportunities into Crew Leadership and Management What You'll Do Install attic insulation systems in residential homes Install solar attic fans on residential roofs Maintain exceptional attention to detail and workmanship Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Explain work being performed and keep customers informed and comfortable Complete installation paperwork and collect required customer signatures/documents after each job Safely load, transport, and operate company equipment and trailers Travel weekly throughout the Midwest with your crew What We're Looking For Experience in construction, roofing, insulation, solar, remodeling, or related trades preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working in attics, on ladders, and on residential roofs Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to represent the company professionally in customers' homes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Requirements Must own a truck capable of towing a company trailer Must be willing to travel weekly throughout the Midwest Must be able to lift and carry construction materials and equipment Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions
