Job Description
Repair Technician / Field Manager EEC Windows, Siding & Roofing is looking for a dependable, motivated Repair Technician / Field Manager to join our production team. This is an important field position that helps us maintain strong relationships with our customers while ensuring our projects meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, comfortable working with customers, and willing to take ownership of getting the job done right. Responsibilities Inspect roofing, siding, gutter, and window projects Identify and document damages, repairs, and jobsite concerns Create accurate material lists for repairs and projects Perform minor repairs to roofs, siding, gutters, and windows Assist with project management and jobsite coordination Perform quality-control inspections Take clear photos and maintain accurate documentation of work performed Communicate professionally with homeowners, crews, and office staff Help resolve customer concerns and ensure work meets company standards Complete additional field and production-related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Reliability is a must Positive attitude and a desire to grow and improve Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Good attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working outdoors and around active construction projects Ability to safely use ladders and perform hands-on repair work Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Roofing, siding, gutter, window, construction, or home-improvement experience is preferred Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience Full benefits package available after the probationary period Opportunity to grow within the company Variety of field work—no two days are exactly the same Performance Bonuses We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers with respect, and can be counted on to follow through.
