Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute roofing projects. Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses to perform work efficiently and safely at heights. Conduct siding installation, stucco application, drywall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry work, and tile laying as needed for comprehensive building restoration projects. Follow strict construction safety regulations including proper ladder use, harness attachment procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and adherence to workplace safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing installation and repair in outdoor environments. Familiarity with various roofing systems such as metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and ladder use in a construction setting. Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations including fall protection measures like safety harnesses. Experience working on diverse projects involving siding installation, stucco application, drywall finishing, masonry work, or remodeling is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail throughout each phase of the project.
