Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Fence Installation Helper to join our dynamic fence and gate team. In this role, you will assist experienced fence installers in building, installing, and repairing fences across various outdoor projects. Your enthusiasm for hands-on work and commitment to safety will contribute to delivering high-quality results for our clients. Responsibilities Support fence installation crews by preparing materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project Assist with measuring and marking fence lines according to construction plans and blueprints Handle building materials such as wood, metal, vinyl, and Iron with care and precision Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, assemble, and install fencing structures Perform heavy lifting of fencing materials and related construction supplies to ensure efficient workflow Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on outdoor construction sites Aid in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate fence placement and design Maintain cleanliness of the worksite by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and ensuring safety standards are met Job duties include: Assisting with fence and gate installations Loading and unloading materials and tools Digging post holes and carrying materials Keeping the jobsite and work vehicles organized Following instructions and working safely with the crew

Requirements:
