Your responsibilities may include:

Inspecting commercial roofs and identifying leaks, damage, and areas needing repair Performing roof repairs and maintenance Troubleshooting roofing issues and determining appropriate repair solutions Working with a variety of commercial roofing systems and materials Completing service work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail Communicating professionally with customers, team members, and leadership Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following company safety procedures and quality standards What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, mechanically minded, and committed to quality work.

Ideal candidates will have:

Commercial roofing experience preferred Roofing repair/service experience preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to safely work at heights and in varying weather conditions Ability to travel when needed Strong communication and customer-service skills Willingness to learn and grow Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 6 months of roofing or construction experience OR equivalent military experience Special Qualifications Candidates must: Pass a criminal background check Have a valid driver's license Maintain a good driving record Pass pre-employment drug screening Be able to work in high places and on elevated surfaces Be able to bend, stoop, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Be able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively within their proper use Related Experience That Counts Experience as a roofer, roofing installer, roofing repair technician, construction worker, carpenter, siding installer, gutter installer, or skilled tradesperson can be a strong fit for this position.
