This Commercial Roofing Estimator role puts you at the center of installation, repair, and replacement projects that keep businesses covered and safe. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Roofing Estimator position include: Experience in commercial roofing estimation Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing installation, repair, and replacement Conduct roof inspections and evaluate maintenance needs Ensure work is updated to meet code requirements Support preventive maintenance planning to help extend roof life Collaborate with a safety-oriented, fully trained roofing team Estimate projects involving Membrane, Modified Bitumen, and BUR systems Coordinate with the Metal Roof and Metal Roof Restoration Division when needed
Salary:
$70,000 - $75,000+ Base, DOE per year (Bonus Potential), commensurate with experience.
