Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable experienced roofer with a minimum of 10 years of proven roofing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of mechanical lock steel, EPDM, and synthetic shake roofing systems. (We do not do asphalt shingles.) This position requires the ability to work independently and with a team while consistently delivering exceptional workmanship. This position requires working in Big Sky. Company complex is in Belgrade, MT. Responsibilities Installing dry-in Installing mechanical lock steel, EPDM, and/or synthetic shake Mentor and help train less experienced team members Ensure all roofing complies with manufacturer specifications and company quality standards Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of proven carpentry experience . Ability to lift (75 lbs.), carry, climb, and perform physically demanding work. Working in Big Sky, Montana is required. The team meets at the Belgrade shop and travels to Big Sky in a company vehicle. Travel is paid both ways.
