Responsibilities Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, safety barriers, and materials for efficient workflow Measure and cut materials accurately based on blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Support framing carpentry, metal stud framing, and other structural tasks related to roofing projects Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, and insulation to ensure smooth progress Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly Collaborate with team members to read blueprints and schematics for precise installation and restoration work Assist with related construction activities including caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry, plumbing support, and welding as needed Experience Prior construction site experience or hands-on work in roofing is highly preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is essential Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings enhances your effectiveness on the job Experience in related trades such as framing carpentry, masonry, or remodeling is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Demonstrated understanding of safety protocols on construction sites Handyman experience or skills in fabrication can be advantageous for versatile project support Join us to build a rewarding career where your skills make a real impact!
