Overview We are seeking a skilled field crew member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with the ability to work effectively on various projects. This role involves building and repairing a variety of construction jobs. The field crew member will collaborate with other construction professionals and contribute to the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities Complete on-site projects Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine projection specifications Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Perform heavy lifting as required during installation and repair processes. Assist in restoration projects by applying skills in metal roofing, lap siding and framing Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of the project Experience Proven experience in the construction related fields Familiarity with construction estimating practices a plus Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and their proper usage Experience with frame carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, plumbing, welding, tile laying and remodeling is highly desireable Ability to read blueprints and schematics affectively Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding job site dynamics A background in maintenance person services or restoration projects is advantageous Join our team as a field crew member where your skills will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment dedicated to quality craftsmanship. Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
