Job Description
Happy Days Roofing is hiring a couple of outside sales reps in Stanly County. This is not a desk job and it is not a call-center gig. You work with Brett, the owner. We sell roofs retail and through insurance claims, plus gutters, siding, and windows. The work
- Knock doors and set your own appointments
- Climb roofs and inspect
- Sit with the homeowner and sell the job (retail or insurance)
- We'll train the roofing, the pitch, and the claims process Non-negotiables (don't apply if these aren't true)
- You will knock doors. Every week. Not sometimes.
- You will climb roofs and ladders. Heights are part of the job.
- You have a working truck.
Pay:
Straight commission. On-target earnings $65,000- 120,000+ a year, depending on what you close.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm. Occasional weekends as needed. Nice to have, not required- Any sales background (home improvement, door-to-door, cars, pest, solar)
