Charlotte, NC (Projects within 2-hour radius) CK Contracting is expanding and looking to establish long-term partnerships with experienced, professional subcontractor crews for pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) erection. We are not looking for one-off crews or fill-in labor. We're building relationships with crews we can rely on to execute at a high level as our project volume continues to grow. Opportunities may include full building erection or scoped work such as wall sheeting, roofing, and trim.

Scope of Work May Include:

Full PEMB erection (start to finish) Wall sheeting Roof installation Trim and finish work

Minimum Requirements:

Proven PEMB erection experience (required) Established crew Ability to read and execute from blueprints without supervision Strong safety standards and job site awareness Ability to meet schedules and maintain production pace Proper tools and equipment for your scope of work Reliable communication and professionalism Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and regulations throughout each project phase
