Job Overview Looking for quality commercial painters for Walmart repaint work in and around Fayetteville area. Looking for long term team members that want to be part of a growing business. Most our work is 3rd shift 830pm - 5am Sunday night through Thursday night. Duties Prepare and paint surfaces Ability to operate scissor lift Transportation to and from job site required Ability to follow instructions by team lead on site Be a team player and do what it takes for the scope that shift. Experience Proven experience in commercial or industrial painting with a strong understanding of construction site procedures and safety regulations Skilled in surface preparation techniques including drywall finishing, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and masonry work Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless systems), and equipment such as scaffolding or ladders for working at heights Knowledge of color theory for accurate color matching and visual inspection skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately for precise project execution Experience with renovation projects involving framing carpentry, trim carpentry, restoration work, or handyman tasks is highly desirable Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to coating thicknesses or material estimates Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence with experience in respiratory protection practices during spray applications Join us in delivering top-tier commercial painting services that transform spaces with vibrant colors and durable finishes.
