Roofing Technician Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Steep slope roofing experience Flat Roof repairs experience Willingness to learn through on-the-job training Knowledge and experience with multiple types of commercial roofing systems or construction in general (preferred but not required) Aerial Lift (preferred) Some experience with metal roofing (1-2 years of roofing experience preferred but not required) Enthusiasm for working outside in the elements and being physically active Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and think outside-the-box Dependable and able to be at work on time and on a consistent basis Presentable in appearance, and professional when communicating with both customers and Benton Team Members Sharpen up your Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) knowledge so you're a top-notch construction industry member Knowledge and experience with multiple types of roofing systems (preferred but not required) Experience using a hot air welder and/or other roofing system application tools (preferred but not required) Hungry to start a career with the opportunity to advance within the company
