Duties Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during various phases of construction Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and fabrication tasks Perform construction inspections to verify quality standards and compliance with building Install Conduct restoration work including plastering, stucco application, caulking, painting, and drywall repair to achieve a polished finish Support specialized tasks such as roofing, roofing repairs, concrete forming, welding, steel fabrication, or heavy equipment operation depending on project scope Skills Proficiency with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for accurate project execution, preferred but not required. Hands-on experience with construction management principles and estimating processes Strong knowledge of construction inspection procedures and safety standards Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment Expertise in metal stud construction and general carpentry including frame carpentry and trim work, preferred. Some ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently on active job sites. Familiarity with construction materials such as concrete, masonry products, stucco finishes, hardscape elements, flooring materials, tiles, glass installations, and restoration techniques Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site challenges Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting technical schematics Join us in building exceptional spaces where quality meets innovation!
