Job Description

Job Description We are a reliable, independently owned residential and commercial waterproofing company seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our field team as Construction Laborers . This is a hands-on position involving a variety of construction, excavation, crawlspace, and waterproofing work. Previous experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable performing physical work. Candidates with construction experience, equipment operating experience, a valid driver's license, or additional trade skills may qualify for a higher starting hourly wage .
Responsibilities Typical responsibilities may include:
Assisting with residential and commercial waterproofing projects Crawlspace waterproofing, encapsulation, drainage, and moisture-control work Excavation and site preparation Installing drainage systems and waterproofing materials Digging, grading, hauling, and general site work Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment Operating hand and power tools Assisting with skid steer and other equipment operation Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite Working alongside crew leaders and other team members to complete projects efficiently Performing other general construction and labor duties as needed Preferred Experience & Skills Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required : General construction Excavation Waterproofing Crawlspace work or encapsulation Drainage installation Foundation or concrete work Skid steer operation Equipment operation Carpentry, masonry, plumbing, or other construction-related trades Qualifications We are looking for candidates who: Are dependable and show up to work on time Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Are willing to learn new skills Can work effectively as part of a crew Are comfortable performing physically demanding work Can work outdoors and in crawlspaces when required Can safely lift and carry construction materials and equipment Take jobsite safety seriously A valid driver's license is strongly preferred . Candidates with a valid driver's license, skid steer experience, equipment operating experience, or other valuable construction skills may be eligible for a higher hourly starting rate .
