Responsibilities Erect and install metal framing systems according to detailed construction plans and technical drawings Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly Install metal studs, track systems, and structural supports with precision using hand tools and power tools Manage rebar installation and coordinate with concrete forming teams for seamless integration Assist in the installation of drywall, stucco, siding, roofing, and other finishing materials Perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to all safety protocols on-site Use measuring tools such as tape measures and perform dimensional measurements for accurate framing Collaborate with construction management to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards maintained Conduct inspections of completed work to verify compliance with plans and safety regulations Skills Experience in metal building erection, framing, and hanging techniques Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods on-site Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and project managers This position is integral to delivering durable structures that meet safety standards while ensuring efficient project execution.
