THE ROLE CUSTOMER INTERACTION

Greet customers on-site and serve as a professional, friendly point of contact throughout the project. Answer questions regarding the construction and installation process, clearly communicate timelines, and provide consistent updates on progress and completion. Maintain a clean and respectful work environment in homes and businesses while delivering a positive customer experience.

REMODELING

INSTALLATION

Assist carpenters and construction crew members with a variety of residential and light commercial remodeling projects, including flooring installation, cabinetry, countertops, drywall, and finish carpentry. Work from plans and specifications to support accurate, high-quality installations. Help load, deliver, and stage materials to keep projects on schedule, prepare job sites, and operate basic hand and power tools safely.

SAFETY OVERSIGHT

Maintain a safe, clean, and productive job site at all times by following company safety standards and established protocols. Properly use equipment and protective gear, identify potential hazards, and support a culture of safety by ensuring the crew is working responsibly and efficiently.

THE EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE

Consistent work history with proven longevity in prior roles. Prior experience in construction, building, and mechanical aptitude.

In positions such as:

Construction Apprentice, Construction Worker, Construction Helper, General Laborer, Construction Laborer, Carpenter, or similar role preferred.

SKILLS:

Excellent customer service skills. Ability to operate power tools safely, and drive a truck and trailer. Must comply with safety protocol including hearing, eye, and respiratory protection.

ABILITY:

This role is on-site and requires reporting to our office in Gothenburg, NE. Schedule is predominantly Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, with occasional Saturdays. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a felony/misdemeanor background and driving (Motor Vehicle Record) check. Join Us!
