No prior roofing experience is required, we will provide extensive on the job training and the tools required to perform in this role. Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation and repair of commercial flat roofing systems (PVC, TPO, EPDM, and Foam & Coating) Help with roof tear offs and job site preparation Transport materials and tools around job sites Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors Learn proper roofing techniques and safety procedures

Qualifications:

No experience required (Construction experience is a plus) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wind) Comfortable working at heights Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
