What You'll Do As a Waterproofing & Caulking Specialist, you'll help protect commercial buildings from water intrusion and environmental damage by installing industry leading waterproofing and sealant systems. Responsibilities Install sealants, fluid applied membranes, sheet membranes, coatings, and related waterproofing systems Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, priming, and performing other required substrate preparation Identify and seal cracks, joints, penetrations, and other vulnerable areas Complete detailed sealant and finishing work with a strong focus on quality Operate application equipment including sprayers, rollers, brushes, and hand tools Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements Work closely with project managers and field teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe working condition Follow all company and job site safety procedures Assist with material pickup and delivery as needed What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications 1+ year of waterproofing, caulking, or related commercial construction experience Knowledge of waterproofing systems including fluid applied, hot applied, cold applied, and sheet membrane applications Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working at heights when required Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding work Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability for occasional night and weekend work Preferred Qualifications OSHA certification Experience on commercial construction projects Experience operating lifts and other construction equipment Why Join Fisher Xteriors? ✅ Competitive pay based on experience ✅ Consistent year round work ✅ Opportunities for career growth and advancement ✅ Ongoing training and professional development ✅ Supportive team environment ✅ Safety first culture ✅ Work on high profile commercial projects throughout the region Join Our Team If you're ready to work with a company that values hard work, craftsmanship, and professional growth, we want to meet you.
