ReadyTurn is hiring a Turn Technician Trainee to join our growing apartment renovation and unit-turn team. You don't need to know how to do everything already. We're looking for someone who is dependable, works hard, likes working with their hands, and wants to learn a valuable trade. You'll work alongside experienced technicians renovating vacant apartments and learn how to complete an apartment turn from start to finish. What You'll Learn You'll receive hands-on experience with:  Apartment demolition and cleanout  Drywall patching and repair  Painting and preparation  Trim and basic carpentry  Doors and hardware  Cabinets and countertops  Faucet, toilet, and fixture replacement  Light fixture and device replacement within permitted scope  LVP flooring and flooring repairs  Apartment punch lists  Final make-ready and quality-control work The goal is simple: Train you to become a fully independent ReadyTurn Technician. What You'll Do You'll work alongside our technicians to:  Protect and prepare units before work begins  Demo and remove old materials  Carry and organize tools and materials  Assist with repairs and installations  Complete basic punch-list items  Keep jobsites clean and organized  Load and unload vehicles  Document work with photos  Learn ReadyTurn's renovation and quality standards As your skills improve, you'll be given increasingly independent work and responsibility. Who We're Looking For Construction experience is helpful, but not required. We're looking for someone who:  Shows up every day and on time  Works hard  Is comfortable with physical work  Wants to learn  Can follow instructions  Pays attention to details  Takes pride in finished work  Has a positive attitude  Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record We can teach construction skills. Reliability, effort, and attitude are much harder to teach. Compensation & Advancement Starting pay: $20/hour This position is designed to have a clear advancement path. Trainee → Turn Technician → Lead Turn Technician As you demonstrate new skills and the ability to complete work independently, you'll become eligible for increased pay and advancement. Fully trained ReadyTurn Technicians can earn $26-$32+/hour plus performance bonuses, with additional opportunities for high performers as the company grows. Why ReadyTurn?
