Role :

Our Commercial Roofing Service Technicians are responsible for evaluating roof leaks and making high-quality and timely repairs on commercial roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, Tile, Shingles, Coated Systems, and Metal Roofs). Positions are also available for commercial sheet metal technicians and installers who are interested in installing custom gutter, downspouts, edging, flashings, etc. Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating roof leaks, performing roofing repairs, and completing maintenance projects across commercial and retail buildings. You will interact with store managers while upholding our values of professionalism and integrity. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in roofing under the guidance of our experienced management team. Responsibilities Identify roof leaks and perform quality repairs according to industry and manufacturer standards. Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, helpers, and the property staff. Utilize company-owned trucks and ensure that they are properly stocked with materials. Be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of company-issued tools and equipment including PPE, phones, power and hand tools, ladders, etc.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience

Skills and Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license and insurable driving record is required Ability to travel with overnight stays. Low Slope Solutions provides daily per-diems and hotels for all overnight stays. Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment drug and background screening Capable of climbing ladders and working at heights Capable of working in extreme weather and high temperatures Ability to lift 50lbs or more Ability to following safety protocols Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., welding guns) and common equipment Ability to communicate clearly with team members and store management Pay is negotiable and based on experience. This position offers full-time, year-round employment with the opportunity for overtime. Benefits including health insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, and vacation are available after 90 days of continuous employment.
