The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Experience with the installation of TPO, Shingle, and Metal roofs. Know how to safely install asphalt and coatings. Expertise with various roofing materials and safety protocols (OSHA 10 standards). Utilize hand and power tools for roofing and construction tasks. Minimum 2 years of commercial and residential experience. Be able to manipulate and traverse uneven terrain, ladders, and multi-floor buildings with no elevator. Have the ability to climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. Be able to lift-up to 50 pounds properly and without difficulty. Possess a valid driver's license for transportation to job sites. Must adhere to safety protocols, and work in a drug-free environment. Some travel required I-9 Verification required Preferred OSHA 10 Card Experience Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred. Familiarity with tile laying techniques is a plus. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding schematics. Experience with power tools and hand tools commonly used in roofing projects. Ability to work at heights safely and effectively. A background in carpentry or related maintenance person work is beneficial.
