Duties Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Interpret and review construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Oversee the installation of building materials such as flooring, trim carpentry, glass, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and hardscape elements Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations Utilize construction management software like Bluebeam to review plans, track progress, and document project details Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling Coordinate outdoor work activities including remodeling projects, hardscaping construction, window installation, and landscaping efforts Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in building construction projects Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material installation techniques Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA standards to maintain a secure work environment Expertise in various trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry), electrical work, plumbing, flooring installation, glass installation, and hardscaping Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Outdoor work experience is preferred to handle diverse site conditions effectively Join us if you're ready to lead innovative construction projects with energy and precision!
