Western New York Pay:

$30-$40 per hour, based on experience Collegiate Builders, Inc. is looking for experienced roofing installers and roofing foremen to join our team. We are an established Western New York construction company looking for dependable, skilled roofers who take pride in their work and want steady, year-round opportunities. This is not an entry-level roofing position. We are looking for experienced installers as well as individuals capable of leading a crew and running residential roofing projects. Roofing Installer - $30-$35/Hour We are looking for experienced roofers who can work efficiently as part of a crew and perform quality work without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities include:

Tear-off and installation of asphalt shingle roofing systems Proper installation of underlayment, ice & water shield, drip edge, flashing and ventilation Installation of architectural shingles, ridge cap and roofing accessories Identify and replace damaged roof decking as needed Proper flashing around chimneys, walls, valleys, skylights and roof penetrations Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Protect customers' homes, landscaping and property during construction Follow company and OSHA safety requirements Work efficiently as part of a roofing crew Roofing Foreman - Up to $40/Hour Foreman candidates should have extensive roofing experience and be capable of running a residential roofing project from start to finish. In addition to roofing installation, foreman responsibilities include: Lead and work alongside the roofing crew Lay out and manage daily roofing operations Maintain quality-control standards throughout the installation Coordinate materials, equipment and crew responsibilities Identify and resolve jobsite issues Communicate with homeowners and company management when necessary Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized and safe Make sure projects are completed efficiently and according to company standards Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional roofing experience preferred Strong knowledge of asphalt shingle roofing systems Must be comfortable working at heights and on various roof pitches Ability to properly flash and waterproof roofing details Must have your own basic hand tools Dependable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work well as part of a crew Must follow all company safety and fall-protection requirements Foreman candidates must have leadership/crew-management experience Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required for foremen operating company vehicles Compensation $30-$40 per hour based on roofing experience, skill level and ability to lead a crew. Experienced installers can earn $30-$35/hour , with experienced foremen and individuals capable of independently running jobs earning up to $40/hour .
