Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer/roofer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction practices. This role requires hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The Carpenter/Laborer will work collaboratively with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Pay is by job. Responsibilities Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, interior/exterior painting, roofing, chimneys. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Assist in concrete forming, masonry work, and roofing as needed. Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as part of daily responsibilities. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. Qualifications Willing to work on ladders and roofs. carry shingles. clean up. Proven experience in carpentry or related fields with a strong understanding of construction practices. Familiarity with construction estimating, heavy lifting techniques, and safety protocols on job sites. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to carpentry work. Knowledge of drywall installation, plastering techniques, siding applications, and flooring installation including tile laying. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
