Job Summary Christmas Light Installation Lead / Roof Technician Clear & Bright Solutions is looking for a motivated, experienced Christmas Light Installation Lead / Roof Technician to join our growing Christmas lighting division for the upcoming season. We are looking to go full throttle on Christmas lights this season , and this position has high earning potential for the right person. If you're experienced working on roofs, comfortable on ladders, and take pride in doing high-quality work, we want to hear from you.

Compensation Commission-Based Pay:

10% of completed Christmas light installations 5% of takedowns Maintenance/callback work is included in the installation or takedown percentage and is not an additional percentage High earning potential as our Christmas lighting division continues to grow More work and responsibility available for reliable, high-performing team members

ROOF & LADDER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

This is not an entry-level position .

You must be:

Experienced and comfortable working on roofs Experienced working from extension ladders and tall ladders Comfortable working at heights for extended periods Physically capable of carrying equipment and materials Safety-conscious and confident working in different roof configurations and conditions Christmas light installation experience is strongly preferred , but we are willing to consider candidates with strong roofing, construction, exterior, or other relevant experience. Responsibilities Lead residential and commercial Christmas light installations Safely work from ladders and on rooftops Install Christmas lights, clips, extension cords, timers, and related equipment Help plan and execute clean, professional installations Troubleshoot lighting issues Handle maintenance/callbacks when needed Complete takedowns at the end of the season Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service Lead by example and help keep jobs moving efficiently Follow all company safety procedures What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Experienced on roofs and ladders Reliable and punctual Hardworking and motivated to make money Comfortable working outdoors in cold weather Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable leading a crew and taking responsibility for completing jobs properly Experienced with Christmas lights, roofing, construction, gutter work, or similar exterior work Why Join Us?
