Roberts Roofing & Siding Co. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Ground Guy/Laborer to join our roofing crew.

The Ground Guy plays an important role in keeping the roofing crew moving efficiently and safely throughout the workday.

Responsibilities include:

Loading and unloading roofing materials Setting up and maintaining job sites Cleaning and maintaining the work area Removing and hauling away roofing debris Loading shingles and materials to the roof as needed Assisting roofers with tools and materials Helping with tear-offs and general roofing labor Following all company safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organized job site Performing other duties as needed to support the roofing crew

Qualifications:

Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy materials Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time Valid driver's license preferred Previous roofing, construction, or labor experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person Must be a team player and willing to work as part of a crew
