Job Description

General Contractor Laborer 108 Cora Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13212 From $20 an hour - Full-time From $20 an hour -
Full-time Job Overview Measuring and Cutting:
using tape measures, saw, and squares to cut lumber and composite materials to exact specifications Floor framing: Installing sill plates, floor joists, and subflooring to establish a solid base for the structure.
Wall Framing:
Constructing, raising, and securing vertical and horizontal wooden studs that form the skeleton of the walls. Installing all wall sheathing.
Roof Framing:
Assembling and installing ceiling joists, rafters, and prefabricated roof trusses. Installing all roof sheathing.
Tool Maintenance:
Safely operating, maintaining, and cleaning hand and power tools.
Site Cleanliness:
Clearing away carpentry debris and waste daily to maintain a safe working environment. Employee must have their own form of transportation to each work site (sites will vary).
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
